Who is this program for?

For anyone looking to succeed in property regardless of their age or stage in life.

Do I need experience in property development?

No, HPN is designed for those with an interest and passion for property. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or a seasoned developer, HPN exists to help you grow.

What is and isn’t covered?

You will learn everything you need to know about property development and doing deals. We don’t cover areas such as buy to rent, how to be a landlord or HMOs for example.

Do I need a large sum of money to do property deals?

No, you just need an understanding of how to find and secure the right deal. Find the deal, secure the deal and people have to work with you. Remember, education and support are far more important than big cash reserves.

Do I need qualifications?

No, Just a desire and a commitment to learn.

How is HPN different from other companies offering courses?

In a number of ways. We don’t just offer courses. Our aim is to support you on your journey, helping you to avoid costly mistakes and maximise the potential of the deals you do. We are here to support you throughout your journey and that’s why we offer so much mentoring, networking, ongoing education and support before and during your deals. You’ll also become part of an incredibly supportive community who are on your side 100%.

How long does it take to do a deal?

It can be quicker but, realistically, even our own deals tend to see something tangible between 9 months and two years. That’s why we suggest a commitment to 2 years of membership. You can choose after your first year though, it’s up to you.

How will I be able to access the course?

Either through your own login to our course portal or via our very own HPN app.
